Temporary Housing Assistance for Households Displaced by Super Typhoon Sinlaku
As the CNMI community continues recovery efforts following Super Typhoon Sinlaku, Triple J Real Estate Division is stepping forward to help provide temporary housing opportunities for displaced families through participating residential communities on Saipan. Through the emergency temporary housing initiative, income eligibility requirements have been waived through April 30, 2027, helping more families and households gain access to safe, reliable housing during this critical recovery period.

Our communities offer spacious semi-furnished two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with amenities designed to provide comfort and convenience, including:
Washer and dryer in every unit
Generator power backup
Solar water heating
On-site maintenance services
Backup water supply
Larger, comfortable living spaces

Applicants must:
Certify that their household was displaced as a result of Super Typhoon Sinlaku
Provide valid identification for all household members
Provide Social Security numbers for all household members

Reasonable rental rates are available for qualifying two- and three-bedroom units. Availability is limited and subject to unit availability.
